Wax protects your paint and brings out the shine, but what protects your wax? Because of its direct exposure to the elements, the freshly waxed shine fades all too fast. That’s why many enthusiasts and hobbyists have taken to applying layer after layer of wax, in hopes that the shine will last longer. Great plan, but many waxes contain cleaners that will remove the previous layer of wax, effectively undoing your hard work.
Mothers Reflections Advanced Top Coat contains no cleaners. It enhances and protects your wax coat without disturbing it. Top Coat deepens the luster, sharpens the reflection, and amplifies the gloss of any quality wax so that you get the layered effect with fewer layers. In addition to natural waxes, Top Coat contains even more protection so your wax lasts longer. Apply it over any wax, sealant, or glaze. For maximum compatibility, use it over Reflections Advanced Car Wax for a high-tech, high gloss shine.
Top Coat can be applied by hand or with an orbital buffer. To apply by hand, rub it onto your paint, allow a haze to form, and buff it off as you would with any wax. To use an orbital buffer, work in small overlapping sections at a low speed. Apply light pressure and buff thoroughly while Top Coat is still wet. Allow it to dry to a haze and then buff it off with a clean, soft towel. We recommend a Cobra Microfiber Towel for super gentle buffing.
