What’s so special about microfiber towels? It’s softer, it’s more absorbent, and it’s more durable than your run-of-the-mill terry cloth or chamois. Microfiber is a manmade hybrid of polyester and polyamide, a nylon byproduct. The polyester makes it durable while the polyamide makes it super absorbent and quick-drying.

The superior softness in the microfiber towels comes from the superfine fibers that are 10 times finer than silk and 100 times thinner than human hair. Over 200,000 strands per square inch make microfiber towels the softest material you can use on your vehicle. And its dense construction allows it absorb 7 times its weight in moisture. Your terry cloth and chamois can’t do that.
