Each Lake Country Constant Pressure Hi-Gloss 6.5 Inch Flat Pads has an added layer of unique blue foam specially engineered from instant-rebound foam that sits directly between the pad and the backing plate. This layer will absorb shock that occurs between the machine, the operator and the surface being polished. This layer does not affect the cut of the foam pad.
The Collapsed Cell Structure, or CCS, surface of Lake Country Constant Pressure Hi-Gloss 6.5 Inch CCS Pads are designed to increase polishing time and reduce wasted product. The CCS design allows for gradual absorption of product and reduction of surface tension and skipping while the curved outer edge allows for smooth transitions without snags.
