Wipe away water spots from automotive glass with Diamondite Glasswork Restorer. Our specially formulated cleansing polish removes mineral deposits and water spots to leave glass impeccably clear and clean. Ultra fine abrasives buffered by our own proprietary ingredients ensure the successful removal of glass imperfections.
Water spots are caused by mineral deposits, which actually etch the glass. Diamondite Glasswork Restorer removes water spots, very fine scratches and etchings, and improves the clarity of automotive glass. Like a fine jeweler’s rouge immersed in a lubricating lotion, Glasswork Restorer gently polishes out fine imperfections in the glass to restore its factory-new clarity.
Imperfections in glass appear more severe than they actually are because of the glass’ transparency. Blemishes appear magnified. Diamondite Glasswork Restorer gently smoothes the edges of fine scratches and polishes away mineral deposits to leave a level surface that reflects light evenly.
Glass is not a perfectly flat surface. It is made up of microscopic grooves and peaks. Diamondite Glasswork Restorer smoothes jagged edges and sharp peaks to create amazing optical clarity.
Diamondite Glasswork Restorer will not scratch or distort glass. This product is formulated for glass – every precaution was taken to create a safe yet uncommonly effective glass polish. By gently burnishing the outermost glass, little by little, there is no risk of distorting the glass. By hand or machine application, Diamondite Glasswork Restorer works safely to polish away imperfections and leave glass smooth and flawless.
Diamondite Glasswork Restorer is step two of the Diamondite Glasswork Kit. Used in sequence, the four products in this kit are the best method for restoring and protecting automotive glass.
Directions:
- Screw the drill adapter into the backing plate and tighten with a wrench. Insert the adapter into your electric drill and tighten the chuck. Press a 4 inch orange foam pad onto the backing plate.
- Dispense an X of Diamondite Glasswork Restorer across the pad. If you are using a drill or rotary polisher, set the maximum speed at 1800 RPM. If using a dual action polisher, set the speed to 4. Apply the polish on about a quarter of the windshield at a time. Work in an overlapping motion until the polish starts to dry. There is no need to apply pressure to the machine.
- Use the included soft microfiber towel to remove residue.
If water spots are not completely removed, repeat this process.
