Flitz’s safe, multi-surface polish works on plastics, paint, and metals. The nonabrasive formula polishes without scratching. Its safe and non-toxic. Flitz removes yellowing and haze and leaves a layer of crystal clear protection. Your headlights will remain protected for 6 months on average.
Flitz BüffBall Polishing Ball
Made of Italian Viscose fiber, the Flitz BüffBall Polishing Ball polishes plastic headlights without scratching. The soft material does not shed lint as the ball glides over smooth or textured surfaces. Use the Flitz BüffBall Polishing Ball to restore optical clarity to your headlights. The BüffBall fits any standard 3/8-inch drill or air tool and will buff at speeds up to 2,500 rpm. The ball is washable and reusable.
Scrub Pad
Clouded acrylic lenses should be scrubbed first with the included scrub pad. Then apply Flitz Polish with the BuffBall.

Directions:
- On severely oxidized acrylic lens covers, moisten the scrub pad with water and wipe back and forth over the lens cover. Rinse the lens cover and dry it.
- Next, apply a thin layer of Flitz Polish to the headlight lens cover.
- With the BuffBall attached to your drill or air tool, buff at a speed of 1800 to 2500 rpm. Buff back and forth using light pressure.
- Wipe the headlight clean with a Cobra Microfiber Towel and inspect your work. Repeat this process if necessary.
