Flex XC 3401 VRG Dual Action Orbital Polisher
The Flex XC3401 VRG Dual Action Orbital Polisher has a true dual action motion with an extra long “stroke”, the distance the machine throws the pad during its orbit. The positive drive ensures continuous motion, even under load, to achieve a uniform finish. The orbital rotation prevents heat being generated on the surface, which is ideally suited to temperature-sensitive finishes. The FLEX has seven-fold microprocessor electronics and shut-off carbon brushes. The FLEX XC3401 dual action polisher comes with a 6 Inch Hook & Loop Backing Plate and a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
 Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0
Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0 is a hybrid of our original Total Swirl Remover formula and Menzerna’s fast-cutting polish for ceramic clear coats. It combines Wolfgang’s diminishing abrasive technology with Menzerna’s special milling process, which produces consistently sized, fast cutting abrasives. Our specially milled abrasives work to eliminate imperfections without creating new ones. These small abrasives are milled for consistency. As they smooth over a scratch, the abrasives diminish at the same rate because they all started at the same size. The result is smooth paint in fewer steps. If another step is needed to fully restore the gloss, simply switch to a softer foam pad. Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0 works more or less aggressively based on your pad selection.
Wolfgang Finishing Glaze 3.0
Wolfgang Finishing Glaze 3.0 is a water-based emulsion with ultra fine diminishing abrasives that gently polish the paint to a brilliant gloss. Compounding swirls, mild oxidation, and water spots disappear to reveal glassy smooth, beautiful paint. Underneath a wax or sealant, the paint radiates with energy and gloss.

CCS 6.5 inch Orange Light Cutting Pad
Firm, high density foam for scratch and defect removal. Use this pad with polishes and swirl removers. It’s an all around pad that will work on most light to moderate imperfections.
CCS 6.5 inch White Polishing Pad
This high absorption foam formula is intended for the application of waxes, micro-fine polishes and sealants. This pad has very light cutting power so it’s perfect for pre-wax cleaners.
CCS 6.5 inch Blue Finessing Pad
This flat pad has soft composition for applying glaze, finishing polish, sealants, and liquid waxes. The flat pad provides full contact with paint surface to minimize the pressure applied by the user. Use the blue pad to remove products or for final buffing.

What a long list of products! The Wolfgang FLEX XC3401 Concours Polishing Kit includes everything a detailer needs to restore and enhance automotive paint. This kit is highly effective on high solids and ceramic clear coats, but it works equally well on conventional clear coats.
Use the products as follows:
- On significant swirls and flaws, apply Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0 with the orange pad. If damage is concentrated in particular areas, like the hood and roof, you may only need to apply this product on problem areas. Buff off residue after each section.
- Apply Wolfgang Finishing Glaze 3.0 with the white polishing pad. You can do an all-over polish to remove the lightest imperfections with this gentle swirl remover. Buff off residue after each section.
- Your paint should be in great shape at this point. Apply Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 with one of the gray foam pads. Buff off the residue as you complete each section.
- Maintain the just-waxed shine with regular applications of Wolfgang Instant Detail Spritz.
