Flex L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher
The FLEX L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher is built for speed and effortless operation. This compact circular polisher is modeled after the FLEX 3401 VRG in size and user-friendly features. Yet, the L3403 VRG has the speed to produce a professional, swirl-free finish. At only 5 pounds, this is our most user-friendly circular polisher! The polisher features FLEX seven-fold microprocessor electronics. This gives the polisher consistent speed control by tachometer generator, soft start, accelerator trigger switch, restart protection after power interruption, overload protection, temperature monitoring, and speed selection. The FLEX L3403 VRG has a two year manufacturer warranty.
Rotary 4 ¾” Flexible Backing Plate
The 4 ¾” Flexible Backing Plate is made of flexible, molded urethane. It bends to allow the pad to conform to the curves of your vehicle. The result is an even finish with less risk of buffer marks. Inside the plate, steel struts are molded to the center hub for greater stability and balance. Your backing plate will remain balanced through countless uses so you always get an even finish. This backing plate minimizes heat transfer from the polisher to the paint to prevent burning, and spontaneous heat build-up is reduced.
1 Foamed Wool 6.5 inch Polishing/Buffing Pad
Foamed Wool from Lake Country uses a patented process whereby microscopic polyfoam particles encapsulate the base of the wool pad. The Foamed Wool is tighter and denser than regular wool pads. This enables these pads to stand up to the stress of polishing better than regular wool pads with less caking and matting. The encapsulation process used when manufacturing Foamed Wool Pads locks the lambswool fbers into place to significantly reduce linting. The vehicle's paint surface will stay cleaner as you use your polisher and there will be less mess to clean up when you’re finished polishing.
2 Orange 5.5 inch Light Cutting Foam Pad
Firm, high density foam for scratch and defect removal. Use this pad with polishes and swirl removers. It’s an all around pad that will work on most light to moderate imperfections.
2 White 5.5 inch Polishing Foam Pad
High absorption foam formula for the application of waxes, micro-fine polishes and sealants. This pad has very light cutting power so its perfect for pre-wax cleaners.
1 Red 5.5 inch UltraSoft Wax/Sealant Foam Pad
The soft, red foam is ideal for applying the final coat of wax or sealant. The foam works especially well when applying liquid waxes or sealants because it is firm enough to keep the majority of the product on the paint, rather than soaking it up. The red foam has no cut or cleaning ability.
3 Packs of Cobra Quik Clenz Pad Cleaner
Wash used foam and wool pads in Cobra Quik Clenz Pad Cleaner. Dissolve this 2 oz. packet into 2-3 gallons of water. Soak pads and microfiber tools in the solution for up to 15 minutes and agitate if necessary. The citrus cleaner quickly breaks up oily residues within foam and wool to restore the texture of the pads. Let the pads air dry, backing side up
2 Cobra White Microfiber Towels, 16 x 16 inches
Super soft and absorbent, these 70/30 towels are perfect for buffing off waxes, polishes or sealants. Tiny looped fibers polish your paint to a beautiful shine while the woven core absorbs an incredible amount of fluid. These towels have an amazing "grip" to remove even the most stubborn wax residues. Microfiber construction eliminates the risk of micro-marring.
