The FLEX L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher is a lighter, more user-friendly polisher that gives you all the paint-perfecting performance of the large buffers.
The FLEX L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher weighs under 5 lbs. The polisher is easy to balance and less fatiguing. When working on large body panels, you'll be able to achieve an even finish with no cookie-cutting or holograms.
 The polisher features FLEX seven-fold microprocessor electronics that give the polisher consistent speed control by tachometer generator. The FLEX L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher has a soft start, accelerator trigger switch, restart protection after power interruption, overload protection, temperature monitoring, and speed selection. Every effort was made to build a user-friendly circular polisher.
The FLEX L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher operates from 1100-3700 RPM. The high powered 880 watt motor can handle extreme loads. The polisher has shut-off carbon brushes. When the carbon brushes wear down, the motor automatically shuts off to avoid damage.
The polisher also features a slim shaft with the speed trigger in easy reach. The bale handle on the front allows you to balance the weight of the polisher. In addition to the bale handle, it has an optional side handle.
A 6 inch rotary backing plate (sold separately) is recommended for the FLEX L3403 VRG Lightweight Circular Polisher. Lake Country CCS 7.5 Inch Foam Pads are the perfect size to cover a lot of paint quickly without bogging down the polisher.
