Polishers have gotten more popular but there’s still room in the detailing arsenal for a quality hand applicator. The Final Step Foam Applicator gives you two types of foam to apply polishes and waxes by hand. It’s like having two pads in one!
The Final Step Foam Applicator Pad is a triple layered foam pad with white light polishing foam on one side and soft, blue finessing foam on the other side. The red layer in the middle gives the pad additional height so you can grip it without rubbing your fingers on the paint. The pad is oval for comfortable gripping, and it is larger than the average hand applicator pad so you cover more area in less time.
The foam pad is made by Lake Country Manufacturing, the same company that produces our premium foam buffing pads.
The white foam is polishing foam. It has light cleaning ability to help you get the most out of pre-wax cleaners and finishing polishes. Use P21S Paintwork Cleanser or Wolfgang Finishing Glaze to achieve glossy, smooth paint by hand.
The blue foam is very soft finessing foam. Apply any type of wax, sealant, or glaze with the blue foam. It’s completely nonabrasive. Use Pinnacle Signature Series II Wax or Meguiars New Car Glaze #5 with the blue foam.
Wash your Final Step Foam Applicator Pads in a mixture of Cobra Quik Clenz and water. Rinse and allow to air dry.
