This more rugged 4.5 amp polisher has 100-percent ball bearing construction. The spiral and bevel gearing provides for smooth operation and efficient transfer of power. The yellow pad is a medium-cut pad used for light oxidation and moderate to severe swirls and imperfections. It works wonders on older vehicles with neglected paint. Use it to apply a swirl remover or a polishing compound to blend away more severe imperfections. This dense pad has 50 pores per inch.

Soap (as in dish soap) can leave a residue of its own, so there is no soap in this cleaner. Intense cleaners and degreasers break up oily deposits left by car care products so the pad rinses completely clean. This pad cleaner is ready to use in a convenient pump spray bottle.

To clean pads by hand use DP Polishing Pad Rejuvenator. Mix one scoopful of this citrus cleaner with 3-4 gallons of water. Allow the pads to soak for up to 15 minutes. Agitate them using a Foam Pad Conditioning Brush. When the pads appear clean, rinse them in clean water and allow them to air dry.
