  Duragloss was developed in 1975 to exceed the longevity and performance of the car polishes that were available at the time. Two brothers, also car enthusiasts and chemists, were committed to making paint protection that lasts longer, looks better, and is easier to use. They met their goal with Duragloss polishes, which are some of the most durable car waxes currently on the market.
Duragloss started with one car polish, what we typically call a paint sealant. It went on in a semi-transparent film, wiped off easily and created a brilliant gloss that lasted a year. Today’s Duragloss polishes still provide the same ease-of-use and durable results that jumpstarted the Duragloss company years ago.
Today, the Duragloss Appearance Line contains dozens of products for the Automotive, Marine/RV and Heavy Duty markets. Duragloss Products are distributed through the automotive aftermarket, and are targeted towards those of you who are just like our founders; people who take pride in their automobile.
