Hook and loop fasteners secure pads to the plate. Steel struts are molded into the center of the plate to give the plate stability and balance. Simply add your pads to the mixture and allow them to soak for 5-15 minutes. Agitate them with a foam conditioning brush and then rinse thoroughly.
