Patented dual-head design!
The Cyclo Polisher is the only polisher of it’s kind! They were the first company to come up with the idea for dual heads in 1953 and no one has topped them since. This patented design is a hit with professional and novice detailers, as well as the U.S. government, who approved the Cyclo Polisher to maintain its aircraft and missiles. Today, the Cyclo Polisher is still used to maintain many of the top airline fleets worldwide, including Air Force One.
The dual heads on the Cyclo Polisher allow it to polish like you would by hand, only much faster. The heads move in different directions in order to create an overlapping effect. The paint is polished one way and then the other so that any scratches or swirls are attacked from all sides thereby ensuring total swirl removal, no matter how you look at it.
Because the Cyclo Polisher sits on two heads, it is perfectly balanced. There is no risk of chipping the paint with the backing plate or leaving swirls by applying too much pressure. The operator does not need to press the polisher onto the surface because the weight of the Cyclo is enough to provide an even, effortless polish.
To save time as you detail, put a light cutting pad on the leading head and a polishing pad on the other head. This technique allows you to remove blemishes and polish the paint in one pass. Be careful not to switch directions as you polish. Move in the same direction and the Cyclo Polisher will do two jobs at once.
Each Cyclo Dual-Head Polisher is expertly machined, manually polished, and hand-fitted to ensure longevity. Every part of the polisher is serviceable and replaceable. Some fifty-year-old Cyclos are still in use today!
The Cyclo Polisher has an accessory for every purpose. Quality pads and bonnets make the Cyclo perfect for compounding, polishing, waxing, and glazing. Pads attach to the heads by way of hook & loop backing plates for quick and easy pad replacement.
The Cyclo Polisher isn’t just for vehicle care. This versatile machine is also excellent for cleaning carpet, upholstery, and grout using the available carpet brushes. These brushes attach to the backing plates just like the pads. The dual motion of the heads is great for extracting stains from deep carpet or scrubbing filthy tile.
See what the Cyclo Dual Head Polisher can do for your vehicle, home, boat, or RV. The quality, durability, and versatility put the Cyclo Polisher in a class by itself!
