Please note: Custom-made items are just that, custom-made specifically for your vehicle when ordered. For that reason these items are non-returnable. We guarantee that these products are as advertised and warranty them against manufacturing defects.
We’ve found ordering over the internet to be the most convenient method. This method ensures fast and error-free order processing. Use the menu to the left of your screen to shop by brand or to browse products by category. Click on items of interest to learn more. At the bottom of each page, you will find related items that can be accessed by clicking on the photo. When you are ready to order, simply click on the Add To Cart button at the bottom of the page. That item will be added to your shopping cart. You may then continue shopping or check out. You may view the items in your cart by clicking on View Cart at the top of the screen at any time while you are shopping. When you are ready to check out, click on View Cart and then click Checkout. Follow the instructions provided. You will receive an email confirmation of your order when your payment has been processed. You will receive a FedEx or UPS tracking number when your order has been sent with the exception of Drop Ship Items. We ship all ground service via FedEx Ground in the continental United States. Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. Custom items may require additional time and an approximate delivery time is noted on those items. All expedited shipping (Next Day, 2 Day, & 3 Day Delivery) is done through UPS.

FedEx Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. FedEx Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur.
Expedite rates apply to orders under $500.00. For more shipping options please call our customer service dept. Special Order Items like BLT Mats, WeatherTech, ParkSmart Mats, Highland, and over sized items can not be shipped via expedite shipping.
Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12 pm EST in order to ship out the same business day.

A minimum purchase of $150 is required for international orders. Shipping rates vary according to destination. Please place your order on the website and include an email address where we can reach you. We will calculate your shipping rate and contact you for authorization before we process and ship your order. Sorry, we are unable to ship aerosol products and custom items outside of the U.S.
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail. We will handle the customs forms. Rates are listed below.
Please note: we are unable to ship aerosol or custom-made products to APO or FPO addresses due to federal regulations. Oversized and overweight items may require additional shipping fees. You will be notified if additional shipping fees are required.
Florida residents will pay 7% sales tax.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in like-new condition with original packaging within 30 days of receiving it. You must email CustomerService@superiorcarcare.net for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending an item back to us. Products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send items back. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom items cannot be returned, including car covers, license plates, seat covers, and certain floor mats. We guarantee these products are as advertised and the manufacturer warrantees them against manufacturing defects. Per Covercraft, we cannot accept returns on custom car covers or covers made from these fabrics: Sunbrella, Form Fit, and WeatherShield. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned Covercraft items.
