Next, use a Cobra Flex Foam Tire Dressing Applicator to apply a neat, even layer of a quality tire dressing, such as Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel. The gray foam has small pores to keep the majority of tire dressing on the surface of the pad. The flexible foam mimics the curvature of the tire to give even coverage from tread to wheel.
