The fine compounding swirls left by 3M Perfect-It 3000 Extra Cut Rubbing Compound are easily polished out with 3M Perfect-It Machine Polish.

For the best results, apply 3M Perfect-It 3000 Extra Cut Rubbing Compound with the 3M Perfect-It Plus Foam Compounding Pad on your circular polisher. Compound at medium pressure from 1200-2000 rpm with overlapping passes. When the sanding scratches have been removed, reduce pressure on the polisher. Use a Cobra Microfiber Towel to remove the residue from the paint. Follow up with 3M Perfect-It Machine Polish.
