The tough plastic hub and medium density foam body buffer heat and vibration while providing you with smooth, easy operation. The flexible edge bends with the curves of your vehicle to promote an even, flawless finish from bumper to bumper. The backing plate is lightweight to keep your buffer light and agile. Hook and loop fasteners grab and hold any 6 or 7 inch pad with hooks and loops.
The 3M Hook-It 6 Inch Dual Action Backing Plate is designed for a maximum operating speed of 7000 RPM, so it will definitely handle the speed of your dual action polisher. Use it with any DA polisher with a 5/16" - 24 internal thread.
